Motivated seller leads in Bexar County, TX
95 leads worked in Bexar County, 23 unclaimed right now. Every one is a seller who replied to a text before it reached the board.
All of it is tax lien — which usually means that is the record Bexar County publishes in a usable form.
Every lead here started as a county record, went out as a text, and only became a lead when the owner wrote back. You are buying the reply and the conversation behind it, not a row from a list that has been resold four times.

Bexar County questions
How many seller leads are available in Bexar County right now?
23, out of 95 we have worked here. That figure is read from our inventory when the page loads rather than typed into the copy, so it is current.
Is the lead exclusive to me?
Yes. A lead is sold once, to one buyer, and then it comes off the board. Nobody else in Bexar County gets the same seller from us.
Where do the Bexar County leads come from?
County records — mostly tax lien in this market. We pull the list, text the owners, and only the ones who reply become leads you can buy.
What does a lead cost?
$5. The same price everywhere, with no per-market pricing and no minimum order.
