Motivated seller leads in New Orleans, LA
41 leads worked in New Orleans, 1 unclaimed right now. Every one is a seller who replied to a text before it reached the board.
All of it is tax lien — which usually means that is the record New Orleans publishes in a usable form.
City-level counts move faster than county ones because the pool is smaller — a good week of replies can double what is on the board here, and a single buyer working New Orleans can clear it. If this is your market, the county page is the better thing to watch.

New Orleans questions
How many seller leads are available in New Orleans, LA right now?
1, out of 41 we have worked here. That figure is read from our inventory when the page loads rather than typed into the copy, so it is current.
Is the lead exclusive to me?
Yes. A lead is sold once, to one buyer, and then it comes off the board. Nobody else in New Orleans, LA gets the same seller from us.
Where do the New Orleans, LA leads come from?
County records — mostly tax lien in this market. We pull the list, text the owners, and only the ones who reply become leads you can buy.
What does a lead cost?
$5. The same price everywhere, with no per-market pricing and no minimum order.
